Mofumaro Plaza: after NULLGAME login, private avatar-only visitor access and the first avatar are free. Multiplayer access is included while a Mofumaro free trial or paid-through subscription period is active, with no separate Plaza admission charge. Each additional avatar is a US$5.00 one-time account unlock, remains saved to the purchasing NULLGAME account if Mofumaro access ends, and is usable in visitor or multiplayer mode while Mofumaro Plaza is operated. Starfall Fireworks is US$1.00 for 2 uses. Drawing Chalk is US$1.00 for 5 sticks. The Rainbow Bubble Machine, Giant Cushion Ball Set, and Forest Dance Music Box each cost US$3.00 for 3 uses. Each successful placement consumes one use; another purchase is required after all 3 uses are spent. Each activation lasts 1 minute for the bubble machine or 5 minutes for the ball set and music box. Only one placement of each item may be active per account at a time. Purchases already made under the former reusable terms retain those terms. Plaza items can be purchased and used only while multiplayer access is active. The Photo Stage is a free Plaza fixture.
Ring Dropped: stages 1-15 are free; the English premium set is US$9.99 once.
The exact product, currency, quantity, renewal interval, any applicable tax, and total are shown again before final confirmation. The final confirmation screen is authoritative if a future offer changes. |
| Additional charges | Customers are responsible for internet/data charges and any foreign-exchange or international card fee charged by their provider. |
| Payment methods | Payment cards and supported wallet methods displayed by Stripe Checkout at the time of purchase. |
| Payment timing | One-time purchases are charged when checkout is confirmed. Subscriptions are charged at registration and automatically on each renewal date until renewal is stopped. Any expressly displayed free offer is charged only after the user separately chooses to continue as stated on the relevant page. |
| Delivery | Browser Services are available after registration or login as applicable. Paid reports, pets, avatars, stage access, and Plaza item quantities are normally granted after server-side payment confirmation. Email Services are delivered according to their displayed schedule. |
| Plaza item rules | Plaza-item purchase and use require active multiplayer Plaza access. Fireworks and chalk are consumables and decrease only when the server accepts use. Reusable Plaza items remain owned by the account and can be placed again after the active effect ends, subject to placement, cooldown, and simultaneous-use limits. A purchased item does not grant ownership of the Service, its artwork, or its software. |
| Cancellation | Automatic renewal may be stopped through the account or subscription-management flow. Access normally continues through the paid period. If a Mofumaro subscription is cancelled and its valid period ends, all saved data for pets owned by that account is deleted. A scheduled cancellation or downgrade may be reversed before its effective date where the interface provides that control. |
| Returns and refunds | Because the Services are digital, personalised, or delivered immediately, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable after delivery starts. We provide an appropriate remedy for duplicate charges, non-delivery, an incorrect entitlement or quantity, a material defect, a charge after confirmed cancellation, or where applicable law requires one. See the Refund and Delivery Policy. |
| System requirements | A current internet-connected browser with JavaScript, cookies, and local storage enabled. WebGL-capable graphics are required for Mofumaro Plaza. Email delivery Services require a working email address. Optional desktop features may require Windows and microphone permission as displayed in the app. |
Plaza and social features
Mofumaro Plaza is an online multiplayer space. Its world, capacity, available items, and features may change to improve quality, stability, safety, or game balance. Users must be at least 13 years old and must follow the Terms. Without an active Mofumaro free trial or paid-through subscription period, a logged-in user receives a private avatar-only visitor session with no other users, pets, chat, whispers, friend features, profile viewing, or Plaza-item purchase or use. During active multiplayer access, Plaza includes visible nicknames, avatars, pets, global chat, private whispers, friend features, blocking, and reporting. We may restrict accounts or content to protect users and the Service.
